After nearly 7 years of dedicated service, Paul Dolan, Accent Group CEO has announced he will step down to pursue an exciting opportunity at Riverside Housing as their new Group Chief Executive. Paul will leave Accent in May.
Paul has been an integral part of Accent, contributing significantly to our growth and the overall advancement of our purpose to provide quality homes and services to our customers. Under his leadership, we have achieved numerous milestones, including the development and delivery of two successful corporate strategies. Paul led us to a record-breaking bond deal to amplify and advance our impact in 2019, he has driven our development agenda forward, becoming a Home’s England Strategic Partner in 2021 and he has established a financially strong and resilient business able to meet the changing needs of our customers in a turbulent operating environment.
Paul leaves behind a solid organisation, and with an energised and highly experienced leadership team, and a new corporate strategy ready to be implemented, we know that the foundation he has laid will continue to guide us toward success.
During this transitional period, our board will ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities as we embark on the search for a new CEO.
