Checking your boiler is easy. All you need to do is set your heating at a temperature which is higher than the current room temperature and your heating should come on. Please allow enough time to make sure your radiators are heating up before you switch off or back to your preferred temperature.

Not using your gas can be much more expensive, and even more dangerous, than using it. Using things like outdoor heaters or camping stoves to heat your home can put you and your family at risk. They can give off poisonous fumes or easily catch fire.

Gas can be very dangerous if appliances are allowed to go unchecked or fitted by unqualified engineers.
Your safety is our top priority, which is why a gas safety check is so important. When we contact you with an appointment, please make sure you keep it and let us in to carry it out. It is very important. : All landlords are required by law to carry out a safety check and, if we can’t gain access, we may need to take legal action or gain access to your home to make sure we can. We’d rather not do that, we’d rather you, your family and your neighbours be safe, warm and comfortable in your homes.
