New Lift Contractor Appointed

Orana Group Start 5 Year Contract

From Monday 13 December, Orona Group will start a five-year contract as our contractor for all passenger and stair lift servicing and repairs. 

Having a single contract should make the servicing and repairs of all lifts and stairlifts much simpler. 

Although the new contract will cost less than our existing contracts, we didn't choose Orona Group just for that reason. Their quality of service is very high and it should improve your experience of the service. 

To make sure we made the right decision, we were helped by The Gerald Honey Partnership, the consultants we employed for independent and impartial advice before appointing Orona. They not only helped us choose the right contractor, they have helped us get in the best position to manage a new partnership, one where we can drive the same high standards across all passenger and stair lift servicing and repairs.

We will be writing to customers who have a stair lift in their home in the next couple of weeks to let them know about the appointment and how we feel it will improve our service.
