We are working in partnership with developer Hill to deliver 29 affordable homes at Rayners Green in Fordham, East Cambridgeshire.
Development Of 12 Homes
The development will provide 12 homes for affordable rent ranging from one, two and three bedroom homes, and nine homes for shared ownership comprising of two, three and four bedrooms. The new homes are expected to complete from the end of January 2021 onwards.
Working with East Cambridgeshire District Council, all the homes will be allocated to residents with a local connection to the area.
As part of the agreement, we will also become the landlord to eight one bedroom flats as part of a new affordable housing product known as the ‘£100k homes’. The ground breaking new initiative is part of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority to help locals and key workers get on the property ladder. These will be the first £100k homes in East Cambridgeshire and have already attracted some publicity.
The new homes will be just 13 miles from our new homes at Little Downham.
