CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Hi, I'm Nathalie your Customer Partnership Manager for the South.
I’ve worked with Accent for the past seven and a half years having previously worked in service management for a large national Charity. I’ve had the opportunity to work across several teams which has given me a good knowledge of different areas of the business and our wide and varied resident base. Housing is so important as it provides stability for individuals and families around which all other areas of their lives can revolve. I’m really keen to support people in our area to access affordable housing and to work with our front line officers to make our communities great places to live.
The Accent Partnership is giving us a real opportunity to work more closely with residents to focus on what’s important to them; we’re looking to improve the level of service residents are receiving and to tailor it more for different neighbourhoods as needed. We want our residents to be happy in their homes and enjoy where they live.
