CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
My name is Jane McKalroy and I am a Customer Partnership Manager in the North West.
I have worked in housing for over 30 years starting my career as a Finance Officer before becoming a Housing Officer. I have been with Accent for 16 years, covering a range of roles including Resident Engagement Manager, Tenancy Sustainability Manager and most recently Housing Manager.
For me, a good quality, affordable and secure home is fundamental to a happy and successful life. I am lucky to have worked with hundreds of customers during my career – helping them to access housing and supporting them to maintain their tenancies when they face personal challenges. Helping a customer to overcome challenges and succeed is what makes me love my job.
I feel that my experience of being a front line officer delivering services to customers puts me in a strong position to support the Customer Partners to deliver the Accent Partnership.
I believe that in order to provide great customer experience our customers have to be central to everything we do and it is important that we engage with them and listen to what they tell us, so I will be out with Customer Partners getting to know our customers and the patch over the coming weeks.
