CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Hi, I am Tracey Jackson on of Accent Customer Partner Managers in the North East. I've got four Customer Partners in my team, they are Steven Lemon, Donna Matthews, Victoria Gray and Hannah MacTaggart.
I've worked in housing for over 30 years, with the last 5 years spent at Accent. I've had a variety of different roles in my career, including being a Housing officer for much of it. I've always loved working in housing, and I get a particular satisfaction from supporting people to improve their lives.
I want our Customer Partners to spend quality time with our customers to be able to offer advice on our services whilst getting to know them and any issues they may have with their homes. Developing a relationship built on trust and open and honest discussions between our customers and their named customer partner is really important to how I see the Accent Partnership developing, and is central to us being able to deliver the excellent services I want for all our customers.
If a customer has any concerns or issues with their tenancy, then I want them to feel confident to contact their Customer Partners directly, because even if they're not able to help directly I'm confident that they'll be able to signpost them to an appropriate organisation or agency.
