CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
I’m Keith Bowman, one of Accent’s Customer Partnership Managers in the East.
I started in Accent in April 2012 and have a held a few different roles in my time here. I cut my teeth in housing way back in 1988, but I have worked in policy and performance management roles in various local authorities before coming back to Housing. At Accent I have been lucky to get back to the operational side of the work (I hadn’t realised how much I missed it!) and I can see the impact we have on people’s lives, whether it is helping them out of homelessness or helping them to maintain their tenancy.
We are already good at helping people to keep their homes and the Customer Partnership goes further in giving us the chance to improve people’s lives and make Accent the landlord of choice.
