We want to make paying your charges as simple as possible. We've listed all the different ways you can choose to pay below, feel free to pick the one that works best for you.
Ways to pay
Direct Debit is automatic so, once it is set up, you don’t have to worry, even if the amount you pay changes. The easiest way to set up a Direct Debit is to call us. We can set everything up over the phone – it’s as simple as that.
Alternatively, you can complete a Direct Debit mandate and return it to us via email. We have two different forms below, which one you chose depends on who manages your services. If it is Domus Services please complete the relevant mandate, if you are an Accent Housing customer, please complete that one. If you're not sure which you should complete please get in touch.
Why not use ‘MyAccount’ to pay your rent safely and securely through Allpay, you can also check your rent account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If you've not already got an Allpay account, setting one up only takes a few minutes. Please contact us, and one of our advisors will be able to help, once you have an account you'll also be able to download the Allpay app to your smart phone or device from www.allpay.net and register.
Did you know you can use your smartphone to pay your charges? Just download the Allpay app from www.allpay.net and register. You can pay your charges and keep your account up to date from your mobile phone.
If you don’t want to download the Allpay app, you can still make a payment through Allpay online. It's simple, all you need is your email address, your payment card and a debit or credit card. Visit www.allpay.net to register.
Online payments are secure, but if you prefer to telephone Allpay to pay your charges, there is an automated telephone number which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 0844 557 8321 and have your payment card ready.

Over the phone
You can telephone our contact centre to make a payment over the phone with one of our advisors using a debit or credit card.
Our contact centre is open 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday*, Thursday, Friday, and 8.00am to 12.00pm on a Saturday
*Closed 9-10am for staff training on the first Wednesday of every month.
