Reporting a repair
The most convenient way to report a communal repair is via MyAccount. It only takes a few seconds to create an account, once you've registered you can report a repair 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also check your repairs history, and stay updated on the status of any repair you have reported.
If your repair is urgent, we would recommend that you always call our national contact centre on 0345 678 0555.
It's important to note that the repairs we are responsible for vary from scheme to scheme. Please check your agreement with us before reporting a repair to ensure that it is covered and you are not re-charged.
If we carry out emergency works to your home (for example a leak from your property into a neighbouring property below), we may depending on the circumstances recharge you the cost of the repair.
In addition to this, in circumstances where the repair requested turns out to be your responsibility in accordance with your lease or agreement with us, we may charge you for the cost of the works completed.
