The most convenient way to report a communal repair is via MyAccount. It only takes a few seconds to create an account, once you've registered you can report a repair 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also check your repairs history, and stay updated on the status of any repair you have reported.
If your repair is urgent, we would recommend that you always call our contact centre on 0345 678 0555.
It's important to note that the repairs we are responsible for vary from scheme to scheme. Please check your agreement with us before reporting a repair to ensure that it is covered and you are not re-charged.
In circumstances where the repair requested turns out to be your responsibility in accordance with your agreement with us, we may charge you for the cost of the works completed.
