Although we work hard to make sure you feel valued and included, and that we can properly understand, appreciate and provide for your needs, we need to do much more. We have set up a new employee group which has delivered training and other activities to help us better understand diversity and inclusion on, for example, Black Lives Matter and our LGBT communities. We have also recruited a diversity and inclusion specialist who will help us improve our policies, processes and services, and set up special focus groups to prioritise all our activities. Our work in this area will make sure we are delivering services and support which are inclusive for all our residents.
We have a zero tolerance approach to harassment or hate related crime against any of our customers or colleagues, and we will take action against anyone found to be committing it
