How are we performing Digital Services

We are continuing to improve our digital services to make them more customer focused, easier to navigate and to provide you with the best online experience.

  • 9,457 users (and growing) of MyAccount - your online customer account. This is a jump of about 1,300 new users since last year.
  • 11,447 users of Let's Move, our online application system. That’s a jump of over 4,000 new users which is great news as it means we are helping more people in housing need.

We are also using technology like Facebook Live so you can interact with us in ‘realtime’ to understand more about your services, such as how we can help you with your income and your tenancy. We hope to reach many more of you with events like these in the future. If you have a suggestion for a Facebook Live event, why not get in touch with your customer partner?
