We are absolutely committed to putting things right if they go wrong.
We recorded 23 cases of anti-social behaviour for every 1,000 of our homes this year – roughly 483, which is a drop on last year, so that feels like good news. We resolved 448 cases this year.
On average, we resolved or closed cases in 43 days (we didn't report this figure last year).
We continue to work closely with our residents, the police and other agencies to take swift action against bad behaviour.
