From Monday 25 September 2017, we started working with new suppliers across all our regions. The new suppliers are responsible for all repairs, planned works and empty properties.
The new contracts will be managed by our asset management team. To maintain the high standards we expect from our new contractors the team will carry out monthly, six monthly and yearly reviews. As part of the yearly review process, we would like customers to be involved.
