REPAIRS

It is our mission to carry out repairs quickly, and get them 'right first time'.  Although everyone's repair is important, we prioritise the most urgent ones. Before calling, you should check if a repair is your responsibility by referring to our Repairs Handbook.

IS YOUR REPAIR AN EMERGENCY? CALL NOW!

When attending to an emergency repair, our first priority is to make sure your home is safe and secure. We will aim to carry out any initial work to achieve this. In cases where we cannot put right any serious damage, we will provide a follow up appointment to suit you, so we can complete the work.

REPAIRS APPOINTMENTS

Sometimes, we will have to visit your home first to check what repair work needs to be done and then make a separate appointment to do it. We will let you know if this is necessary.

It may not always be possible to provide a specific appointment, but we will tell you if this is the case.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Shortly after we have carried out a repair to your home, you will receive an automated telephone call asking you to confirm if the repair was carried our to your satisfaction. Please listen and respond to the call, as your comments make sure we continually improve services and work with our contractors. Your comments will tell us if you were happy with the service, or if we need to improve it.  

OUT-OF-HOURS SERVICE

When you report a repair outside our hours of business, our out-of-hours service will log the details. Arrangements for a contractor to attend will be made if the repair is an emergency. If it is not, the details will be passed to our repairs service centre who will deal with it when the office re-opens.
