Thank you for showing an interest in our new MyAccount system.
After many months of design, testing and consultation with residents we're pleased to announce that our new MyAccount site is due to be launched on Monday 23 July. It's been re-designed from top to bottom, so even if you've previously used the existing Customer Portal you will need to register for a new account before logging in for the first time.
Please note: your existing Customer Portal 'username and password' will not work on MyAccount. Don't worry though, registering for a new account only takes a minute – you'll just need:
- Your name (as it appears on our system)
- An email address
- Your Account Reference No
- Your post code; and
- Your Date of Birth
We've made lots of improvements to MyAccount, so reporting a repair, paying your rent and reporting anti-social behaviour will be even more convenient and much simpler than before.
We know that it wasn't always easy to do things like view or print your rent statement, so we've improved the overall look and feel of the site too. It doesn't matter if you're using your mobile device or you desktop computer, the new MyAccount will look equally as impressive on whatever device you choose.
Paying your rent on-line will be easier too, MyAccount securely stores and automatically adds your account number, so you will no longer need to manually add it when you want to make a payment via Allpay.
There's also some great new features, like the 'notifications' inbox. Using our new notifications system, we'll be able to keep you informed of any major developments, like if there's a temporary issue with our phone systems for example.
We're really confident that MyAccount is a major improvement on our previous system, and we really hope you'll enjoy using it. You don't have to do anything else for the time-being, we'll email you again once MyAccount goes live on Monday 23 July.
