Paying your rent or service charge

Paying your rent on time is one of your main responsibilities as our resident.

When you sign your tenancy agreement, you are agreeing to pay your rent as the agreement says.

Your neighbourhood team can help you manage your rent account properly. They can provide you with advice on how to pay, help you avoid getting into rent arrears, and offer you support and guidance if you need it.

We have a number of ways in which you can pay your rent. Please see our ways to pay page for a list of them. 

 
If you don’t pay your rent on time, your account will go into arrears. This could lead to the loss of your home.
