Accent Foundation
All our residents' homes and services in the north are managed by Accent Foundation neighbourhood teams. Your neighbourhood team number is the only number you will ever need.
Not sure which is your neighbourhood team?
Please contact the team who looks after the area you live in, or the one nearest to it. Don’t worry if you haven’t contacted the right team, the person answering will be pleased to tell you which team you need, and put you through to them.
We have 23 local neighbourhood teams and one central team looking after home owners. For your convenience, they are listed alphabetically. Please scroll down the page for yours.
If you are calling from your mobile, use 0345 (instead of 0845) for cheaper calls. (The rest of the number is the same).

We will always welcome you at our offices, and you will find an address for each team underneath the telephone number.
Opening times
Please check office opening times before you visit, as some of our smaller offices may not be open from 9am to 5pm every day.
Staff training
All our offices are closed from 9am to 10am on Wednesday mornings for staff training.
