Accent is inviting proposals for the supply of an Electronic Document & Records Management (EDRM) System in the form of an Open procedure as defined by Public Contract Regulations 2015. The opportunity has been advertised on the OJEU Tenders Electronic Daily and Crown Commercial Services Contract Finder websites. The competition is open from 12:00 noon 11th January 2018 to 17:00 22nd February 2018. Project commencement is set for April 2018 with the first phase of deliverables set for July 2018. The ability to meet these deadlines is a condition of responding.
The scope of this procurement includes:
- Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) System
- Integration to ActiveH (supplied by MIS)
- Integration to Umbraco for Accent’s new Digital Self-Service website (supplied by Prodo Digital)
- Enhanced 'Google style' search capabilities
