Hundreds of new affordable homes will be provided across the North of England as part of an agreement signed between the Accent Group Consortium and the Homes and Communities Agency.
The consortium has been awarded £15m to deliver 663 new affordable homes across the North West and Yorkshire & Humberside over the next four years.
Staff and residents in Middlesbrough recently teamed up to raise over £1,535.00 for Macmillan Cancer Care in fond memory of a caretaker.
The money was raised with help from residents at sheltered schemes Chapman Court, Cypress Court and Shepherdson Court .
Customer Services Assistants John Partland and Samantha Devonport raised over £1000 of the total with a sponsored sky dive and leg wax.
