Our Values
Our core values - respect, creativity and dependability - sum up exactly what we stand for. They are relevant to every market we work in. Wherever possible, everyone we work with, including other organisations and our suppliers and contractors, have similar values.

Keeping us on track
Our Board
Our Group Board works closely with the executive team to make sure we are heading in the right strategic direction. They review how we perform to make sure all our businesses are performing to the level we need. For more information on the Group Board and other boards, see the boards of management page.
The executive team provides a vital link between the various boards of management and staff. The team meets regularly to discuss anything that is affecting the group or is likely to. Members also sit on a number of group boards and committees, ensuring business always runs smoothly.
