Jobs & Staff Training

We are widely recognised as a great place to work.

Delivering outstanding services needs outstanding people. Attracing, retaining and nurturing talent is important to us, and we recruit for the right mindset and attitude to deliver excellence.

We encourage Accent staff to train and develop their skills and knowledge. Our offer of training includes in-house and external courses and, depending on circumstances, the time and support individuals need to gain professional qualifications. We also operate an e-learning system as a cost effective method of training with easy access at a time and place that suits the learner.

Our ways of working create the culture, environment and opportunities for our people to shine.

All Accent job applications are completed on-line using our on-line recruitment system. Job descriptions, person profiles and any other job relevant information is displayed with them. Before you complete our on-line application form, please read our information carefully. We do not accept CVs or resumes as applications for our vacancies.

At Accent, we promote equal opportunities and diversity. Our policy is to ensure that no job applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of their sex, marital status, disability, colour, nationality, race, ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.

We want Accent staff to reflect the diversity of the communities we work in, and ensure that our recruitment and selection process is fair and complies with the Commission for Racial Equality Code of Practice. We positively welcome and support the diversity of the communities we work with and the people we employ.
