Our keen newsletter readers may have noticed that there hasn't been an issue of Accent News this month.
We hope you haven't missed the newsletter too much, but we wanted to delay it for a few weeks so we could report on all the exciting changes that are happening at Accent.
We have a new Vision - With you for your Journey (which is all about our customers) - and a new director heading up all your homes and services.
Many of you will already know the name of Claire Stone. Claire has been with Accent for a long time, joining the association as a housing assistant, so she understands the things that are important to customers. Claire's new role is executive director of customer experience, and she is currently busy making sure we have the right staff and structure in place to deliver your new and improved services.
We'll be updating you on Claire's plans in the next issue of the newsletter, which we are planning for July.
We'll also be looking at how we produce our newsletters and the other documents and letters we have online, or send to you to make sure we are giving you the right information, at the right time and in the right way.
