New Repairs Contracts launch

  • Passenger Lifts Installation & Replacements
  • Stair-lift Servicing, Repair & Replacements
  • Warden Call Monitoring
  • Warden Call Maintenance
  • Fire Safety Management
  • Water Hygiene Management

Securing these new contracts has been a big piece of work for Accent and shows just how committed we are to providing our customers with high quality, efficient, value for money services when we are investng in and repairing their homes.

We have worked hard to make sure we have contractors in each region who share our ambition and commitment to provide customers with great services.

In your region, your new repairs contractor is:

  • MD Group - South and East,
  • ESH - North East.
  • Ian Williams - Yorkshire.
  • Mears - North West.

Your grounds maintenance contractor is

  • Malc Firth - East and North East.
  • Greenfingers - North West and Yorkshire.
  • Lotus - South.

Your Cleaning & Window Cleaning contractor is

  • East, Yorkshire and North East: Ideal Cleaning
  • Pinnacle Cleaning - North West.
  • Monitor Cleaning - South.

Passenger Lifts Installation & refurbishments – all regions:

Temple Lifts

Stair-lift Servicing, Repair & Replacement will be national contracts.

We are working with our partner procurement organisation, Procurement for All, to access new contracts for these works.

Water Hygiene Management will be a national contract.

We are working with Procurement for All to access this new contract.

With our new contracts, we need a new repairs handbook and you can download or view a copy here. Our old repairs handbook will no longer be valid after 25 September.

We are confident customers will see some big improvemements with the new contracts.
