Paul Dolan has been appointed as the new Chief Executive of Accent Group.
Paul will take up the role next year, following the retirement of current CEO Gordon Perry, who has successfully led the organisation for eight years, delivering a significant programme of change.
Paul is currently the Chief Executive of Johnnie Johnson Housing Trust and formerly chief executive of Sadeh Lok. He has also held non-executive roles at both Berneslai Homes and Liverpool Housing Trust. He has significant experience in developing organisations and people to achieve challenging strategic and financial objectives.
Paul said “I am excited to be joining Accent at such a pivotal moment following the creation of Accent Housing earlier this year. The opportunity to lead Accent Group as Chief Executive will allow me to bring my skills and knowledge to a new organisation with real potential to grow and prosper.”
Tom Miskell, Accent Group Chair said:
“We are thrilled that Paul will be joining us as we move into our next phase, helping us to deliver both our increased ambitions for growth and the re-shaping of our service offer for customers. We believe that his particular skills and experience are the perfect fit for ensuring the continued success of Accent Group.”
