As part of the move, our new office will no longer be open for walk in visits, so you can only see us by appointment.
However, our staff are now fully mobile so, if you are a resident and we can't resolve your query over the phone, we can come and see you in your home.
Our contact number for all enquiries remains the same: 0345 678 0555. Our contact centre is open between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 12 noon on Saturday.
If you are a resident calling us about anything to do with your tenancy, you may find you don’t actually need to see us at all when you call as our contact centre staff are trained to help with most queries.
As our resident, if you want to report a repair or anti-social behaviour, or just to check your rent account, you don’t need to visit us at all. Our online customer portal offers all these services and more. It’s quick and easy to use and there when you need it. If you haven’t activated your account, or you’ve lost your password, our contact centre team can help you use this service.
