Countdown to launch

CustomerportaliconsIn just a few weeks, we will launch the new Accent Customer Portal.

Access will be rolled out gradually, with all account holding residents being sent a unique username and password over the next couple of months. Once you have received these you will be able to access your online account – and off you go!.

With your new account, you will be able to pay your rent via AllPay, report and view your repairs, view your rent account, request changes to the personal details we hold about you, and report anti-social behaviour directly. The portal will be absolutely safe and secure and you will be able to access your information at any time – not just when our offices are open.

In the next few days, you will receive your last printed rent statement with April’s issue of Accent News. We will no longer send you a rent statement each quarter as these will be available online as part of the new service. However, you can still request one from your local contact centre.

Please Note: From June 2015 you will only be able to report a repair or report anti-social behaviour on-line if you login to your Customer Portal account. The forms that currently appear on the Report a Repair page and the Report Anti-Social Behaviour page will no longer be available.
