Paying your rent and other bills

There are many ways you can pay your rent and other bills.

This page provides details on the variety of ways in which you can pay your bills.

Paying your rent and other bills

You can pay your rent in different ways.

Easy payment card

If you have an easy payment card, simply hand it over the counter with your payment at any post office, PayPoint or PAYzone outlet. Please keep your receipt. You can get your easy payment card from your neighbourhood team.

Cheques and postal orders

Your cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Accent Foundation. You can send them to your team, or call in at your local office. Please write your account code, name and address on the back.

Standing Order

If you'd like to pay your rent by standing order, please contact your neighbourhood team.

Billpay

The BillPay website allows business and personal customers to make online bill payments. If you hold a debit card from any UK bank you can now pay your bills via the Internet free of charge.

You will be asked to quote a reference number, depending on the type of bill you are paying.

Your customer reference number on BillPay is your tenancy reference number. It is followed by RNT for rent payments or RCH for recharge payments. For example: 12345678RNT or 12345678RCH.

When you use the Billpay site, please note that it is not our site, it is run independently.

Direct debit

Our new direct debit payment option will be coming soon.
