Neighbourhood teams

We have 22 neighbourhood teams, so we have listed them alphabetically for your convenience.

Customer services managers

Underneath each telephone number, you will find the name of the customer services manager who looks after that team.

If you are calling from your mobile, please use 0345 (instead of 0845) for cheaper calls. The rest of the number is the same.

Emailing us

Underneath each customer services manager, you will find an email link to the team, which you can also use to contact us.

If you are not sure which neighbourhood team you are in. please ring the team who looks after the area you live in, or the one nearest to it. If they are not your team, they will be pleased to tell you which team you need and put you through to them.
