Reporting repairs
Although we treat all repairs as important, we prioritise the most
urgent ones. The guide below gives examples on how we classify
repairs.
If you need to report a repair, please click on the links to the
left for your region and we will get back to you as soon as
possible.
Emergency within 24 hours:
- Serious leaks and other major structural
failures.
- Loss of utility supply where it is not the resident's
fault (not unpaid bills).
- Loss of entire heating provisions in cold weather or
where the resident is elderly, disabled, chronically sick or has
children under the age of five.
- Securing of property following incident of racial
harassment, fire, domestic violence or other police
involvement.
Urgent within 7 days
- Gutter and overflow leaks.
- Roof and chimney repairs.
- Street lighting (where our
responsibility).
- Leaking toilet or cistern.
Routine within 28 days
- Kitchen unit repairs.
- Plasterwork.
- Window or door frame adjustments.
- Extractor fan repairs.
Planned - as part of the Planned Programme
- External paint works.
- Gates and fencing, paths and drives, electrical
rewiring.
