Getting involved

Our residents have the opportunity to get involved in developing our services.

We're keen to get as many of them involved as we can.

The level of involvement, commitment and time needed, can be adjusted to meet individual needs.

Getting involved

26/10/2007

If you want to get really involved, you can apply to join one of these groups:

The Residents' Panel

These residents work with us to influence policy at a national level, and make service improvements for all residents. Please follow this link to read the minutes from previous public meetings. Link to minutes.

Local regional forums or residents associations

Members discuss local issues and work with us to find the right solutions.

If there isn't currently a forum or association for your area or estate, but there is enough interest for one, we can help you set one up.

Annual Estate/Scheme Meetings

At these meetings, we present your scheme's estate management plan. You can discuss the issues and help to prioritise resources.

For more information on our commitment to resident involvement, please read our Residents Partnership Agreement by clicking on this link.

If you are interested in getting involved in any way, please contact our customer involvement team on 01274 588 840.

A member of the team will ring you back with more details.
