Entry to Vocational Learning - e2v

Helping unemployed young people who are either not ready for, or facing challenging barriers to, convential training and employment.

One of the great successes of e2v training, is that it does not attempt to fit square pegs into round holes. Not everyone is ready to embark on a training course for specific skills.

e2v helps to develop more general work and life skills.

Entry to Vocational Learning - e2v

We are very proud of our nationally acclaimed education projects, which offer personal training and employment programmes to disadvantaged people in our communities.

e2v is a Bradford based programme which helps unemployed young people who are either:

- not ready for a conventional training programme, or

- who face particularly challenging barriers to unemployment and training.

e2v provides intensive individual support as well as life skills, personal development and work placements, tasters and trials. This improves employability and helps young people progress to e2e and vocationally related training.
