YouthBuild

YouthBuild programmes are highly successful and innovative training projects for disadvantaged young people.

The original YouthBuild schemes were aimed at members of the Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities and proved an incredible success.

It is our unique approach to these schemes and the use of mentors to support trainees that has led to such meaningful success stories.

Our award winning YouthBuild scheme addresses a number of issues in inner city areas and represents a break from traditional employment and training projects.  It provides a range of support mechanisms and incentives, including individual mentoring support, to ensure that traditionally excluded groups can gain access and complete training in industries in which they are under-represented.

YouthBuild is supported nationally by a number of organisations. Accent Community Partnerships project manage the internationally acclaimed Bradford programme.
