EnterpriseBuild is a £222,000 partnership project with Unity Housing to help residents in Bradford and Leeds set up their own businesses and social enterprises.

The project focuses on linking construction training to business formation and contracts with social landlords, promoting the enterprise option to residents. 

Dedicated development workers in each city work with partners including Business Link, other housing associations and construction training bodies, to deliver new opportunities for Accent and Unity residents.

The Phoenix Fund awarded the project with a grant of £222,000.
