Social regeneration is delivered through Accent Community Partnerships and provides personal development, training and employment programmes, and capacity building.

Working in the heart of some of the most deprived communities across the country we work to help remove the barriers that stop people from these communities reaching their potential.

In particular we work to help traditionally excluded groups gain access and training in industries in which they are under-represented. We do this effectively by tackling the barriers throughout the process and working with colleges, employers, trainees (and their families) . The issues that have led to under-representation in certain industries cannot be blamed on just one factor. It is only by working across these areas that we can tackle all the issues and make such a positive contribution
