Residential Development

Our residential development team strives to bring our vision to reality by delivering affordable housing for rent and sale.

We aim to ensure the housing we build is sustainable for the future, and work within the team is on-going to research into best practices for new housing developments.

We liaise with our local authority partners and operations teams to ensure our new developments meet their strategic objectives for increasing and improving the housing stock in the area.

The National Affordable Housing Programme

The team has another role as lead partner managing the National Affordable Housing Programme allocations awarded by the Housing Corporation for both the Group and our partners.

The Accent Group Partnership

The Accent Group Partnership 2006-2008 (see our partners) received Housing Corporation grant in the region of £44m, to develop 1072 new or refurbished homes for rent and new build homebuy, with a capital cost of £118m.
