We have worked in our communities for over 40 years. Our business now means many things to many people: from the residents who 'love their homes' to the young people who have joined our training projects and can now look forward to a brighter future. From the community projects we have supported to our community partners who look to us for innovation. By providing a variety of tailored and flexible services, we can improve the way our residents live their lives.

Our homes and residents' services are managed by Accent Foundation, Accent Nene and Accent Peerless. We have over 19,000 properties across the country, which provide homes for around 50,000 residents.

Supporting our core services are our physical and social regeneration activities which provide award winning training and support projects to our residents and their communities, and support community cohesion.

Our physical regeneration activity offers a unique approach to delivering services trageted at regeneration and area renewal. Our staff are trained to deliver the following services:
