Accent Community Partnerships has received its second national award of the year, having recently been named as the winner in the 'Innovation and Progress, Diversity and Equality' category of the Guardian's Public Service Awards 2007.

The team received the award in recognition of its success in targetting groups which are usually under-represented in the construction industry and offering training to help them find work.
