Inside Housing Top 50

Social landlords know that good housing is about more than just bricks and mortar. Accent Nene’s recent development at Townsend Close has been selected as one of the top 50 schemes. The development is on Lincoln Road, Peterborough and consists of both social rent units and new build home buy units. Part of the development is converted Victorian villa called Thurston House that now provides 4 apartments. The property was previously used as offices.

Accent Nene 2013 Gardening Competition

Entries for the Accent Nene 2013 Gardening Competition are now being sought.

 

This year there are five different categories to enter. Please contact the resident involvement team on 01733 295 478 if you are interested in entering.

 

The deadline for entries is 24 June 2013.

Food for Thought in Peterborough

There are many families struggling to put food on their tables who can suddenly be faced with a crisis such as losing their job or receiving a large fuel bill.

 

So Accent Nene's housing services team have set themselves a task to raise 2013 items of food for Peterborough Foodbank over the next few months. We are proud to be a partner organisation collecting donated food for the Foodbank and also acting as a referral point.
