17 x two and three bedroom houses for shared ownership. Developed in partnership with Bovis Homes, completed in 2005.
25 x two bedroom apartments, two and three bedroom houses for rent. Completed in 2007 in partnership with Haslam Homes.
21 x two, three and four bedroom houses for rent, completed in 2007.
8 x four bedroom houses for rent. Completed in 2007 replacing 24 obsolete flats with high demand family accommodation.
14 x one and two bedroom apartments for shared ownership sale. Completed in 2007. Accent's first ever shared ownership development in Leeds.
