We have been providing a local service to our North West communities for more than 30 years.

We now own and manage around 4,500 properties and work across 13 local authority areas.

We operate in suburban and rural locations, managing a mixture of refurbished and newly built homes. We plan to deliver more affordable homes for rent, shared ownership and outright sale in the future.
