Leasehold management is delivered through Accent Property Solutions and operates mainly in the residential market, taking responsibility for the structure of buildings and any communal areas within the development.

Services are tailored to each particular client and their project. They could include, for example, buildings insurance, maintenance contracts, health and safety, security, concierge, grounds maintenance, company administration, sinking and reserve funds etc.

Before we take a development into management, a great deal of preparatory work is undertaken. Our aims are to get involved at the planning stage so that future management becomes a part of the decision making process. In this way, we build valuable long-term relationships with the developer, builder, architect, solicitor and estate agents, enabling us to contribute to the various legal, planning, financial, design and selling issues.

Our business increased by more than a third in 2005 and 2006 and a number of high profile contracts were secured. One of these was our largest ever project, the management of 650 apartments, offices, some retail, car parks and public open spaces at The Gateway, Leeds.

In a very successful 2007/08 business year, we anticipated an increase of units in management to over 4,800. We actually achieved over 5,000.
