Providing high quality, flexible solutions to a range of clients including homeowners, leaseholders, property developers and resident management companies. Delivering high quality property management skills to support the ethical management of prestige city centre accommodation.

Accent Nene

Accent Nene is an established local housing provider in Peterborough, with over 3,000 homes and an excellent track record in service provision and development.

Accent Peerless

Managing 3,000 properties for the Group in the South of England. This includes the existing Surrey Heath Housing Association properties, as well as the majority of those previously managed by our Southern operations prior to our partnership merger.
