We have a proven track record of successful delivery in the health sector.

Our first venture was a £47 million, 30,000 sqm reprovision of mental health facilities for the city of Leeds under the PFI, (Private Finance Initiative). We developed seven new facilities and are maintaining them on a 25-year contract.

We have since won two NHS LIFT. (Local Improvement Finance Trust) projects, one for Bradford and Airedale and the other for Tees Valley and South Durham. Facilities already delivered range in size from simple GP accommodation through to 5,000sqm community hospitals.
