In our £2.4 million partnership with Durham County Council, we developed a unique assisted living scheme for older people in Crook.

The 37 self-contained apartments provide support and communal facilities for a frail elderly client group. A careful balance is maintained between the availability of 24-hour care and the residents' needs for independence and privacy.

We managed the design, construction and finance for the project. We now continue to provide catering, cleaning, laundry, property maintenance and other facilities management services.
