Redevelopment of our site at Bradford's Barkerend Training Centre has taken a major step forward with the launch of a marketing campaign to find tenants for the new Accent Business Centre.

The centre comprises 14 small industrial units, mainly around 1300 – 1500 sq ft including mezzanine storage, with one larger unit of 5000 sq ft. There is separate office accommodation on the first and second floors as well as a single ground floor suite. All are available to let. The office suites are air conditioned and there is on-site parking for tenants.

We are hopeful that some of the small businesses started and nurtured under the Bradford Kickstart initiative will eventually be able to move into the new units. Although they were only handed over in May, they have generated a good level of interest. One unit is already occupied by a LEGI company and a second is being taken on by the maintenance team of a special needs housing association.
