This means everything we do is targeted to increase the amount we can reinvest back into our communities.

Although parts of the Group are run on a commercial basis to make a profit, these profits do not disappear into the pockets of shareholders. This money is invested back into the community via the charitable parts of our business.

We are very proud of our involvement in communities, and we are constantly developing new ways to maximise the benefit this generates.

As well as the money we invest, our staff are encouraged to support local initiatives that help to make our communities better places to live.
