Erfana Khan was elected to Accent's Board (formerly Bradford & Northern Housing Association Ltd) in 2005.

Erfana was born in Bradford and continues to live there with her family. She completed the LLB (Hons) and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Huddersfield University. Erfana then joined Bradford & Northern Housing Association's Legal Team as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified in 1999. Erfana continued to work in the team until 2002 and dealt with a variety of issues from Anti Social Behavior cases to conveyancing transactions.

Erfana now works for Walker Morris Solicitors and manages a legal team who deliver property finance and corporate lending advice to a large commercial Bank. Erfana also serves as a Non-Executive Director for two of Accent's subsidiary companies, Accent Regeneration Ltd and Accent Partnerships Ltd.
