Allan joined in us 2002 as a Board Member of Accent Homes. He joined the Group Board in 2003 and was elected Chairman in 2007. He has held a number of other chairman and deputy chairman positions across the Group's boards, and currently represents the Group on the boards of Accent Nene and Accent Peerless.

Previously, Allan has had an international career in the automotive industry, with Saab and General Motors, focussing on marketing, distribution and customer service.

Allan lives in Oxfordshire and has wide-ranging interests including skiing and sailing.
