About us

Investing in our communities

We have been investing in our communities for over 40 years and we are absolutely committed to providing our residents with the excellent homes and top quality services they have a right to expect.

Our homes and residents' services are managed by Accent Foundation, Accent Nene and Accent Peerless. We have over 19,000 properties across the country, which around 50,000 residents call home.

Supporting our core services are our physical and social regeneration activities which provide award winning training and support projects to our residents and their communities, and support community cohesion.

Our physical regeneration activity offers a unique approach to delivering services targeted at regeneration and area renewal.

We are active in commercial and social markets, charitable and non-charitable activities. Our objective is always to improve services for our residents and the communities they live in.

Training and employing our residents

Our residents training programmes are proving to be a big success. If you are a resident, and you would like to know more about what training we have on offer and how it could help you, please contact your neighbourhood team.

Anyone, including our residents, is welcome to apply to us for a job they are interested in.

Whether you live with us, or not, please check our jobs page to see if there is anything that might suit you.

Our Board

Our Board of Management leads our business and sets the Group's strategic direction.

Our Vision and Business Objectives

Our Vision is to make a difference...improve homes, communities and lives.

Our Core Values

Our core values are key to how we work - Creativity, Respect and Dependability.

Our work has clear and strong links to the National Housing Federation "In Business for Neighbourhoods" strategy to realign housing associations as independent social businesses working for the benefit of local communities.
